What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Rates are the exact rates charged by CORREOS (the Spanish Post Office). The cart configures the rate based on the weight of the items purchased and the country of the final destination.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

DOGZ and DOGZ use PayPal which is a  secure online payment method allowing the costumer to pay with their PayPal account or a debit or credit card via PayPal.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to all countries. All products will usually be dispatched using  CORREOS (Spanish Post). Our preferred method of delivery is Regional Rate to all countries, as this is the most affordable option for our costumers.

Can I track my order?

We usually dispatch all orders without tracking options within Europe and so far not a single parcel has been lost. For customers from the US and Canada,  we offer a tracking option that can easily be booked when shopping.

Do you use any fragrances in your products?

All of our organic Dog Care Products are unscented, because dogs do not like scents the way we humans do. If you open a tin of our Dog Balms , you will be greeted by the wonderful natural scent of olive oil.
